#### 19F Forfeiture of vessel 19F Forfeiture of vessel > > (1) A vessel that is used in connection with an offence specified in section 19A (1) that is a second or subsequent offence under that section within a 5-year period is, by the finding of guilt by the court, forfeited to the Crown unless already forfeited under section 19E or the court otherwise directs under section 19G. > > > (2) Any forfeiture under this section is in addition to any other penalty that may be imposed for the offence concerned, but for the purposes of any rights of appeal against a penalty so imposed by the court finding the offence to be proven, the forfeiture is taken to be, or to be part of, that penalty. > > **s 19F:** Ins 2016 No 28, Sch 1 \[18\].
