125D Failure to comply with improvement notice

A person who, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with a requirement imposed on the person by an improvement notice is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty—

(a) in the case of a corporation—500 penalty units, or

(b) in the case of an individual—250 penalty units.
