#### 124 General provisions relating to functions under this Division 124 General provisions relating to functions under this Division > > (1) In the exercise of a function under this Division, an authorised officer is to do as little damage as possible. > > > (2) A requirement that an authorised officer may make under this Division may specify a reasonable time within which it is to be complied with.
