#### 115 Power to stop and board vessels 115 Power to stop and board vessels > > (1) For the purpose of conducting an investigation, an authorised officer may at any reasonable time— > > > > > (a) stop any vessel, and > > > > > (b) board any vessel, and > > > > > (c) enter any land for the purpose of boarding any vessel (other than land used for residential purposes), and > > > > > (d) take along any assistants or equipment required to assist the investigation. > > > (2) For the purpose of boarding the vessel, the authorised officer may direct the person operating the vessel to manoeuvre it in a specified manner or to a specified place or to secure it in a specified manner.
