25 Arrangements with Commonwealth
An arrangement entered into with the Commonwealth or with the Commonwealth and other States under the former Act and in force immediately before the Living Marine commencement day is, on that day, an arrangement with the Commonwealth under Part 7 of the Living Marine Resources Management Act 1995 .
