19 Infringement notices
An infringement notice served on a person under the former Act and in force immediately before the Living Marine commencement day continues, on that day, to be in force until whichever of the following occurs first:
(a) 42 days after the service if the person has accepted it;
(b) it is withdrawn;
(c) proceedings relating to it have been concluded.
