18 Inquiries and investigations
(1) Any inquiry or investigation conducted under the former Act relating to fishing or the fishing industry and not completed immediately before the Living Marine commencement day may, on that day, continue to be conducted under the former Act .
(2) Any inquiry or investigation conducted under the former Act relating to marine farming and not completed immediately before the Marine Farming commencement day may, on that day, continue to be conducted under the former Act .
