sec.30 Appointments and authority
In a proceeding under or in relation to this Act, the following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it— the appointment of an MRQ member; the power of an MRQ member to do anything under this Act.
- (a) the appointment of an MRQ member;
- (b) the power of an MRQ member to do anything under this Act.
