sec.19 MRQ unit commanders
For each MRQ unit, the commissioner must appoint an MRQ member to be the MRQ unit commander. The appointment must be made by notice given to the MRQ member. The commissioner may appoint a person as the MRQ unit commander for an MRQ unit only if the commissioner is satisfied the member is appropriately qualified to perform the functions of an MRQ unit commander. An MRQ unit commander holds office on any conditions the commissioner considers appropriate and stated in the notice given to the unit commander. (sec.19-ssec.1) For each MRQ unit, the commissioner must appoint an MRQ member to be the MRQ unit commander. (sec.19-ssec.2) The appointment must be made by notice given to the MRQ member. (sec.19-ssec.3) The commissioner may appoint a person as the MRQ unit commander for an MRQ unit only if the commissioner is satisfied the member is appropriately qualified to perform the functions of an MRQ unit commander.
