(1) If a report provided under this part is incomplete, the responsible person for the ship, or the person’s agent, must report the missing particulars to the Minister without delay.
Maximum penalty—$11,000.
(2) In a prosecution of a person for an offence under this part, it is a defence if the person proves that the person was not aware of the incident or had another reasonable excuse.
