55 Offence of being responsible for discharge of sewage into State waters from a ship
A person responsible for the discharge of any sewage from a large ship into State waters is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty—
(a) in the case of an individual—$220,000, or
(b) in the case of a corporation—$1,100,000.
