sec.97 Effect of amendment or suspension
This section applies if the chief executive amends or suspends the accreditation of the educational institution or research institution by notice given under section 96 (2) . If the accreditation is amended, the amendment takes effect from the day stated in the notice. If the accreditation is suspended, the accreditation ceases to have effect— from— the day the notice is given; or if a later day is stated in the notice—the stated day; and until the end of the period of suspension stated in the notice. (sec.97-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive amends or suspends the accreditation of the educational institution or research institution by notice given under section 96 (2) . (sec.97-ssec.2) If the accreditation is amended, the amendment takes effect from the day stated in the notice. (sec.97-ssec.3) If the accreditation is suspended, the accreditation ceases to have effect— from— the day the notice is given; or if a later day is stated in the notice—the stated day; and until the end of the period of suspension stated in the notice.
- (a) from— (i) the day the notice is given; or (ii) if a later day is stated in the notice—the stated day; and
