sec.94 Suspension of accreditation of educational or research institution
The chief executive may suspend the accreditation of the educational institution or research institution if the chief executive is satisfied— the institution, in carrying out activities to which the accreditation relates, is causing disturbance to, or destruction of, natural or cultural resources of the marine park; or there is an imminent threat that the institution will cause a disturbance or destruction of the type mentioned in paragraph (a) ; or the holder of the accreditation has committed, or is committing, an offence against the Act ; or the suspension is necessary or desirable for the conservation of the marine park; or the holder of the accreditation has failed to comply with— any of the environmental practices and standards (the relevant environmental practices and standards ), adopted by the institution, as mentioned in the Marine Parks Regulation 2017 , section 99 ; or a condition of the accreditation imposed under section 92 .
- (a) the institution, in carrying out activities to which the accreditation relates, is causing disturbance to, or destruction of, natural or cultural resources of the marine park; or
- (b) there is an imminent threat that the institution will cause a disturbance or destruction of the type mentioned in paragraph (a) ; or
- (c) the holder of the accreditation has committed, or is committing, an offence against the Act ; or
- (d) the suspension is necessary or desirable for the conservation of the marine park; or
- (e) the holder of the accreditation has failed to comply with— (i) any of the environmental practices and standards (the relevant environmental practices and standards ), adopted by the institution, as mentioned in the Marine Parks Regulation 2017 , section 99 ; or (ii) a condition of the accreditation imposed under section 92 .
