sec.91 Application of part
This part applies in relation to an accreditation or proposed accreditation of an educational institution or research institution under the Marine Parks Regulation 2017 , section 98 — if the accreditation or proposed accreditation relates only to the marine park; or for an accreditation or proposed accreditation relating to the marine park and other marine parks—to the extent the accreditation or proposed accreditation relates to the marine park. See the Marine Parks Regulation 2017 , part 5 , division 3 for provisions about accreditation of educational or research institutions.
- (a) if the accreditation or proposed accreditation relates only to the marine park; or
- (b) for an accreditation or proposed accreditation relating to the marine park and other marine parks—to the extent the accreditation or proposed accreditation relates to the marine park.
