sec.87 Amendment by consent
This section applies if the chief executive proposes to amend the accreditation of a traditional use of marine resources agreement under section 84 (a) . The chief executive may amend the accreditation by giving the holders of the accreditation— notice of the amendment; or a new accreditation certificate reflecting the amendment. (sec.87-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive proposes to amend the accreditation of a traditional use of marine resources agreement under section 84 (a) . (sec.87-ssec.2) The chief executive may amend the accreditation by giving the holders of the accreditation— notice of the amendment; or a new accreditation certificate reflecting the amendment.
