sec.82 Record of authorisation
If the holders of the accreditation give an authorisation under the condition, the holders must make a record of the following information in relation to the authorisation— the name of the person to whom the authorisation is given; the day the authorisation is given; the nature of each activity the person is authorised to carry out under the authorisation (the authorised activity ).
