sec.73 Additional information for deciding application
The chief executive may, by notice, ask the applicant to give the chief executive, within the reasonable period stated in the notice (the notice period ), further information or documents the chief executive reasonably requires to decide the application. The chief executive may refuse the application if the applicant does not, without reasonable excuse, give the chief executive the further information or documents within the notice period. (sec.73-ssec.1) The chief executive may, by notice, ask the applicant to give the chief executive, within the reasonable period stated in the notice (the notice period ), further information or documents the chief executive reasonably requires to decide the application. (sec.73-ssec.2) The chief executive may refuse the application if the applicant does not, without reasonable excuse, give the chief executive the further information or documents within the notice period.
