sec.62 Application of subdivision
This subdivision applies if a person (the proponent ) proposes to carry out major works in an area in the marine park that is not already in a works area. To remove any doubt, it is declared that, despite subsection (1) , this subdivision does not limit the establishment of a works area under this plan, otherwise than under this subdivision.
