sec.47 Requirements for prohibited area notice
A prohibited area notice must state the following— the location and boundaries of the prohibited area; where a map showing the boundaries of the prohibited area is available for public inspection; the prohibition applying under the notice; the period for which the notice has effect. The chief executive must publish the prohibited area notice in the gazette. The chief executive may publish the prohibited area notice in other ways the chief executive considers appropriate. (sec.47-ssec.1) A prohibited area notice must state the following— the location and boundaries of the prohibited area; where a map showing the boundaries of the prohibited area is available for public inspection; the prohibition applying under the notice; the period for which the notice has effect. (sec.47-ssec.2) The chief executive must publish the prohibited area notice in the gazette. (sec.47-ssec.3) The chief executive may publish the prohibited area notice in other ways the chief executive considers appropriate.
- (a) the location and boundaries of the prohibited area;
- (b) where a map showing the boundaries of the prohibited area is available for public inspection;
- (c) the prohibition applying under the notice;
- (d) the period for which the notice has effect.
