sec.44 Information about zone and area restrictions must be given
Before a member, guest or visitor of the dive club (each a diver ) enters the water as part of the diving activities, the dive club or a relevant person for the club must ensure the diver is given a summary of— any restrictions applying under part 3 , division 5 for the entry into, or use of, the marine national park zone; and the area restrictions for the grey nurse shark area. Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
