sec.42 Application of subdivision
This subdivision applies— for a dive club that is an incorporated entity—to the club for conducting diving activities for its members in a grey nurse shark area; or for a dive club that is not an incorporated entity—to each relevant person for the club conducting diving activities for its members in a grey nurse shark area.
