sec.31 Entry or use of area with permission
A person may enter or use the disposal and extraction area with a permission for either of the following purposes— to dispose of dredged sand for nourishment purposes in the area; to extract sand for nourishment purposes from the area. (sec.31-ssec) A person may enter or use the disposal and extraction area with a permission for either of the following purposes— to dispose of dredged sand for nourishment purposes in the area; to extract sand for nourishment purposes from the area.
