sec.115 Continuation of procedure for amending, suspending or cancelling accreditation of agreement
This section applies if— before the commencement, the chief executive gave the holder of an accreditation of a traditional use of marine resources agreement a notice under the repealed plan, section 81 about taking proposed action under that section; and immediately before the commencement, the chief executive had not taken the proposed action or decided not to take the proposed action. Sections 89 and 90 apply for amending, suspending or cancelling the accreditation as if the notice had been a show cause notice given under section 88. (sec.115-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, the chief executive gave the holder of an accreditation of a traditional use of marine resources agreement a notice under the repealed plan, section 81 about taking proposed action under that section; and immediately before the commencement, the chief executive had not taken the proposed action or decided not to take the proposed action. (sec.115-ssec.2) Sections 89 and 90 apply for amending, suspending or cancelling the accreditation as if the notice had been a show cause notice given under section 88.
