sec.114 Application for accreditation of traditional use of marine resources agreement
This section applies if— before the commencement, a person applied for accreditation of a traditional use of marine resources agreement under the repealed plan, section 71; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been granted or refused under the repealed plan, part 6, division 1, subdivision 2. The application is taken to be an application made under section 72. However, subsection (2) does not limit or otherwise affect sections 73 and 74 in relation to the application. (sec.114-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a person applied for accreditation of a traditional use of marine resources agreement under the repealed plan, section 71; and immediately before the commencement, the application had not been granted or refused under the repealed plan, part 6, division 1, subdivision 2. (sec.114-ssec.2) The application is taken to be an application made under section 72. (sec.114-ssec.3) However, subsection (2) does not limit or otherwise affect sections 73 and 74 in relation to the application.
