sec.113 Continuation of accredited traditional use of marine resources agreement

This section applies to an accredited traditional use of marine resources agreement (a continuing agreement ) under the repealed plan that was in effect immediately before the commencement. The continuing agreement continues as an accredited traditional use of marine resources agreement under this plan until— the day stated in the original agreement notice for the agreement as the day the agreement ceases to have effect as an accredited traditional use of marine resources agreement; or if the accreditation for the agreement is sooner ended under section 80 or suspended or cancelled under part 6, division 5—the day the accreditation is ended, suspended or cancelled. For ending, suspending, cancelling or otherwise dealing with the accreditation for the continuing agreement— the original agreement notice for the agreement is taken to be the accreditation certificate for the agreement; and the period for which the agreement has effect as stated in the original agreement notice is taken to be the accreditation period for the agreement. In this section— original agreement notice , for a continuing agreement, means the notice that was given with the agreement under the repealed plan, section 76(3). (sec.113-ssec.1) This section applies to an accredited traditional use of marine resources agreement (a continuing agreement ) under the repealed plan that was in effect immediately before the commencement. (sec.113-ssec.2) The continuing agreement continues as an accredited traditional use of marine resources agreement under this plan until— the day stated in the original agreement notice for the agreement as the day the agreement ceases to have effect as an accredited traditional use of marine resources agreement; or if the accreditation for the agreement is sooner ended under section 80 or suspended or cancelled under part 6, division 5—the day the accreditation is ended, suspended or cancelled. (sec.113-ssec.3) For ending, suspending, cancelling or otherwise dealing with the accreditation for the continuing agreement— the original agreement notice for the agreement is taken to be the accreditation certificate for the agreement; and the period for which the agreement has effect as stated in the original agreement notice is taken to be the accreditation period for the agreement. (sec.113-ssec.4) In this section— original agreement notice , for a continuing agreement, means the notice that was given with the agreement under the repealed plan, section 76(3).

• (a) the day stated in the original agreement notice for the agreement as the day the agreement ceases to have effect as an accredited traditional use of marine resources agreement; or
• (b) if the accreditation for the agreement is sooner ended under section 80 or suspended or cancelled under part 6, division 5—the day the accreditation is ended, suspended or cancelled.
