sec.100 Crabbing
This section applies to a person for crabbing in the marine park. The person may use only the following apparatus for the crabbing— a collapsible trap; a crab pot; a dilly. The person must use the apparatus as required under the Fisheries Declaration 2019 or the Fisheries (General) Regulation 2019 . (sec.100-ssec.1) This section applies to a person for crabbing in the marine park. (sec.100-ssec.2) The person may use only the following apparatus for the crabbing— a collapsible trap; a crab pot; a dilly. (sec.100-ssec.3) The person must use the apparatus as required under the Fisheries Declaration 2019 or the Fisheries (General) Regulation 2019 .
