The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°52.547' south (at or about the point of 27°52.547' south, 153°22.627' east) then running progressively— east along the parallel of latitude 27°52.547' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°22.692' east; and southerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°52.607' south, 153°22.681' east; and south-easterly along the geodesic to the intersection of the marine park boundary on the western side of Jabiru Island (at or about the point of 27°52.676' south, 153°22.717' east); and generally easterly along the marine park boundary on the southern end of Jabiru Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°52.719' south (at or about the point of 27°52.719' south, 153°22.959' east); and northerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°52.640' south, 153°22.991' east; and north-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°52.601' south, 153°23.070' east; and south-easterly along the geodesic to the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°52.646' south (at or about the point of 27°52.646' south, 153°23.135' east); and generally southerly along the marine park boundary on the mainland to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°53.192' south (at or about the point of 27°53.192' south, 153°22.946' east); and north-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°53.093' south, 153°22.777' east; and north-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°52.938' south, 153°22.920' east; and north-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°52.831' south, 153°22.819' east; and west along the parallel of latitude 27°52.831' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°22.729' east; and north-westerly along the geodesic to the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°52.756' south (at or about the point of 27°52.756' south, 153°22.665' east); and generally northerly along the marine park boundary on the mainland to the starting point.

• (e) northerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°52.640' south, 153°22.991' east; and
