The area bounded by a line starting at the point of 27°40.576' south, 153°19.181' east then running progressively— south-easterly along the geodesic to the intersection of the mangrove line of the northern end of Lagoon Island and the meridian of longitude 153°19.310' east (at or about the point of 27°40.719' south, 153°19.310' east); and generally southerly along the mangrove line of the western side of Lagoon Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°41.504' south (at or about the point of 27°41.504' south, 153°19.331' east); and west along the parallel of latitude 27°41.504' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°19.246' east; and north-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°40.945' south, 153°18.984' east; and north along the meridian of longitude 153°18.984' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°40.736' south; and north-easterly along the geodesic to the starting point.

• (a) south-easterly along the geodesic to the intersection of the mangrove line of the northern end of Lagoon Island and the meridian of longitude 153°19.310' east (at or about the point of 27°40.719' south, 153°19.310' east); and
• (b) generally southerly along the mangrove line of the western side of Lagoon Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°41.504' south (at or about the point of 27°41.504' south, 153°19.331' east); and
• (c) west along the parallel of latitude 27°41.504' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°19.246' east; and
• (d) north-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°40.945' south, 153°18.984' east; and
• (e) north along the meridian of longitude 153°18.984' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°40.736' south; and
• (f) north-easterly along the geodesic to the starting point.
