The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the marine park boundary on the eastern side of Russell Island and the meridian of longitude 153°24.949' east (at or about the point of 27°38.522' south, 153°24.949' east) then running progressively— south along the meridian of longitude 153°24.949' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°38.700' south; and west along the parallel of latitude 27°38.700' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°24.521' east; and south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°38.901' south, 153°24.137' east; and south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°39.233' south, 153°23.786' east; and south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°39.386' south, 153°23.534' east; and south along the meridian of longitude 153°23.534' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°39.807' south; and south-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°40.002' south, 153°23.686' east; and west along the parallel of latitude 27°40.002' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the eastern side of Russell Island (at or about the point of 27°40.002' south, 153°23.423' east); and generally north-easterly along the marine park boundary on the eastern side of Russell Island to the starting point.

• (b) west along the parallel of latitude 27°38.700' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°24.521' east; and
• (c) south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°38.901' south, 153°24.137' east; and
• (d) south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°39.233' south, 153°23.786' east; and
• (e) south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°39.386' south, 153°23.534' east; and
• (f) south along the meridian of longitude 153°23.534' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°39.807' south; and
• (g) south-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°40.002' south, 153°23.686' east; and
• (h) west along the parallel of latitude 27°40.002' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the eastern side of Russell Island (at or about the point of 27°40.002' south, 153°23.423' east); and
• (i) generally north-easterly along the marine park boundary on the eastern side of Russell Island to the starting point.
