The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°34.927' south (at or about the point of 27°34.927' south, 153°19.079' east) then running progressively— south-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°35.032' south, 153°19.223' east; and southerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°35.317' south, 153°19.142' east; and south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°35.660' south, 153°18.930' east; and west along the parallel of latitude 27°35.660' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°18.540' east; and north along the meridian of longitude 153°18.540' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°35.517' south; and north-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°35.427' south, 153°18.727' east; and north along the meridian of longitude 153°18.727' east to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the mainland (at or about the point of 27°35.364' south, 153°18.727' east); and generally north-easterly along the marine park boundary on the mainland to the starting point.

• (a) south-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°35.032' south, 153°19.223' east; and
• (b) southerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°35.317' south, 153°19.142' east; and
• (c) south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°35.660' south, 153°18.930' east; and
• (d) west along the parallel of latitude 27°35.660' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°18.540' east; and
• (e) north along the meridian of longitude 153°18.540' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°35.517' south; and
• (f) north-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°35.427' south, 153°18.727' east; and
• (g) north along the meridian of longitude 153°18.727' east to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the mainland (at or about the point of 27°35.364' south, 153°18.727' east); and
• (h) generally north-easterly along the marine park boundary on the mainland to the starting point.
