The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the marine park boundary on the southern end of Coochiemudlo Island and the meridian of longitude 153°19.518' east (at or about the point of 27°34.489' south, 153°19.518' east) then running progressively— generally easterly along the marine park boundary on the southern end of Coochiemudlo Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°20.224' east (at or about the point of 27°34.412' south, 153°20.224' east); and south along the meridian of longitude 153°20.224' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°34.757' south; and west along the parallel of latitude 27°34.757' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°19.518' east; and north along the meridian of longitude 153°19.518' east to the starting point.
- (a) generally easterly along the marine park boundary on the southern end of Coochiemudlo Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°20.224' east (at or about the point of 27°34.412' south, 153°20.224' east); and
- (b) south along the meridian of longitude 153°20.224' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°34.757' south; and
