The area bounded by a line starting at the point of 27°38.861' south, 153°24.496' east then running progressively— east along the parallel of latitude 27°38.861' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the western side of North Stradbroke Island (at or about the point of 27°38.861' south, 153°25.183' east); and generally south-westerly along the marine park boundary on the western side of North Stradbroke Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°40.093' south (at or about the point of 27°40.093' south, 153°24.126' east); and west along the parallel of latitude 27°40.093' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°24.035' east; and north-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°39.823' south, 153°23.678' east; and northerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°39.604' south, 153°23.601' east; and north-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°39.322' south, 153°23.934' east; and north-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°39.006' south, 153°24.200' east; and north-easterly along the geodesic to the starting point.

• (a) east along the parallel of latitude 27°38.861' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the western side of North Stradbroke Island (at or about the point of 27°38.861' south, 153°25.183' east); and
• (b) generally south-westerly along the marine park boundary on the western side of North Stradbroke Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°40.093' south (at or about the point of 27°40.093' south, 153°24.126' east); and
• (c) west along the parallel of latitude 27°40.093' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°24.035' east; and
• (d) north-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°39.823' south, 153°23.678' east; and
• (e) northerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°39.604' south, 153°23.601' east; and
• (f) north-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°39.322' south, 153°23.934' east; and
• (g) north-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°39.006' south, 153°24.200' east; and
• (h) north-easterly along the geodesic to the starting point.
