The area bounded by a line starting at the point of 27°04.407' south, 153°21.879' east then running progressively— east along the parallel of latitude 27°04.407' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the western side of Moreton Island (at or about the point of 27°04.407' south, 153°22.017' east); and generally southerly along the marine park boundary on the western side of Moreton Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°04.871' south (at or about the point of 27°04.871' south, 153°22.100' east); and west along the parallel of latitude 27°04.871' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°21.981' east; and northerly along the geodesic to the starting point.
- (a) east along the parallel of latitude 27°04.407' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the western side of Moreton Island (at or about the point of 27°04.407' south, 153°22.017' east); and
- (b) generally southerly along the marine park boundary on the western side of Moreton Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°04.871' south (at or about the point of 27°04.871' south, 153°22.100' east); and
