The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°01.831' south (at or about the point of 27°01.831' south, 153°04.632' east) then running progressively— east along the parallel of latitude 27°01.831' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°04.829' east; and south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°01.993' south, 153°04.747' east; and south along the meridian of longitude 153°04.747' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°02.159' south; and south-easterly along the geodesic to the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°02.332' south (at or about the point of 27°02.332' south, 153°04.879' east); and generally south-westerly and north-westerly along the marine park boundary on the mainland to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°04.170' east (at or about the point of 27°02.026' south, 153°04.170' east); and north along the meridian of longitude 153°04.170' east to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the mainland (at or about the point of 27°01.982' south, 153°04.170' east); and generally south-easterly and northerly along the marine park boundary on the mainland to the starting point.

• (a) east along the parallel of latitude 27°01.831' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°04.829' east; and
• (b) south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°01.993' south, 153°04.747' east; and
• (c) south along the meridian of longitude 153°04.747' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°02.159' south; and
• (d) south-easterly along the geodesic to the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°02.332' south (at or about the point of 27°02.332' south, 153°04.879' east); and
• (e) generally south-westerly and north-westerly along the marine park boundary on the mainland to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°04.170' east (at or about the point of 27°02.026' south, 153°04.170' east); and
• (f) north along the meridian of longitude 153°04.170' east to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the mainland (at or about the point of 27°01.982' south, 153°04.170' east); and
• (g) generally south-easterly and northerly along the marine park boundary on the mainland to the starting point.
