The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the parallel of latitude 26°59.963' south (at or about the point of 26°59.963' south, 153°04.212' east) then running progressively— east along the parallel of latitude 26°59.963' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°04.362' east; and south-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°00.390' south, 153°04.559' east; and west along the parallel of latitude 27°00.390' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the mainland (at or about the point of 27°00.390' south, 153°04.342' east); and generally northerly along the marine park boundary on the mainland to the starting point.
- (a) east along the parallel of latitude 26°59.963' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°04.362' east; and
- (b) south-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°00.390' south, 153°04.559' east; and
