The area bounded by a line starting at the point of 27°34.864' south, 153°24.459' east then running progressively— east along the parallel of latitude 27°34.864' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the western side of North Stradbroke Island (at or about the point of 27°34.864' south, 153°24.805' east); and generally southerly along the marine park boundary on the western side of North Stradbroke Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°37.885' south (at or about the point of 27°37.885' south, 153°25.015' east); and north-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°37.588' south, 153°24.524' east; and northerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°37.308' south, 153°24.411' east; and northerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°36.493' south, 153°24.263' east; and northerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°35.507' south, 153°24.201' east; and northerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°35.135' south, 153°24.332' east; and north-easterly along the geodesic to the starting point.

• (d) northerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°37.308' south, 153°24.411' east; and
• (e) northerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°36.493' south, 153°24.263' east; and
• (f) northerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°35.507' south, 153°24.201' east; and
