The area bounded by a line starting at the point of 27°28.189' south, 153°20.731' east then running progressively— easterly along the geodesic to the intersection of the 2m depth contour of the northern end of Peel Island and the meridian of longitude 153°20.871' east (at or about the point of 27°28.189' south, 153°20.871' east); and generally south-easterly (via Lazaret Gutter) along the 2m depth contour of Peel Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°29.750' south (at or about the point of 27°29.750' south, 153°22.725' east); and west along the parallel of latitude 27°29.750' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the eastern side of Peel Island (at or about the point of 27°29.750' south, 153°22.473' east); and generally northerly, westerly and southerly along the marine park boundary on Peel Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°30.427' south (at or about the point of 27°30.427' south, 153°20.659' east); and west along the parallel of latitude 27°30.427' south to its intersection with the 2m depth contour of the western side of Peel Island (at or about the point of 27°30.427' south, 153°20.317' east); and generally north-westerly and north-easterly along the 2m depth contour of the western side of Peel Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°19.994' east (at or about the point of 27°29.451' south, 153°19.994' east); and north along the meridian of longitude 153°19.994' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°28.850' south; and north-easterly along the geodesic to the starting point.

• (a) easterly along the geodesic to the intersection of the 2m depth contour of the northern end of Peel Island and the meridian of longitude 153°20.871' east (at or about the point of 27°28.189' south, 153°20.871' east); and
• (b) generally south-easterly (via Lazaret Gutter) along the 2m depth contour of Peel Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°29.750' south (at or about the point of 27°29.750' south, 153°22.725' east); and
• (c) west along the parallel of latitude 27°29.750' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the eastern side of Peel Island (at or about the point of 27°29.750' south, 153°22.473' east); and
• (d) generally northerly, westerly and southerly along the marine park boundary on Peel Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°30.427' south (at or about the point of 27°30.427' south, 153°20.659' east); and
• (e) west along the parallel of latitude 27°30.427' south to its intersection with the 2m depth contour of the western side of Peel Island (at or about the point of 27°30.427' south, 153°20.317' east); and
• (f) generally north-westerly and north-easterly along the 2m depth contour of the western side of Peel Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°19.994' east (at or about the point of 27°29.451' south, 153°19.994' east); and
