The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the 5m depth contour of the western side of Moreton Island and the parallel of latitude 27°11.906' south (at or about the point of 27°11.906' south, 153°21.642' east) then running progressively— east along the parallel of latitude 27°11.906' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the western side of Moreton Island (at or about the point of 27°11.906' south, 153°21.885' east); and generally southerly along the marine park boundary on the western side of Moreton Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°20.917' south (at or about the point of 27°20.917' south, 153°25.192' east); and west along the parallel of latitude 27°20.917' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°24.819' east; and southerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°21.395' south, 153°24.941' east; and south-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°21.805' south, 153°25.349' east; and south-westerly along the geodesic to the intersection of the 2m depth contour of Moreton Banks and the meridian of longitude 153°24.793' east (at or about the point of 27°22.249' south, 153°24.793' east); and generally southerly, westerly and northerly along the 2m depth contour of Moreton Banks to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°21.699' south (at or about the point of 27°21.699' south, 153°21.736' east); and west along the parallel of latitude 27°21.699' south to its intersection with the 5m depth contour of the western side of Moreton Banks (at or about the point of 27°21.699' south, 153°21.421' east); and generally northerly along the 5m depth contour of the western side of Moreton Banks and Moreton Island to the starting point.

• (a) east along the parallel of latitude 27°11.906' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the western side of Moreton Island (at or about the point of 27°11.906' south, 153°21.885' east); and
• (b) generally southerly along the marine park boundary on the western side of Moreton Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°20.917' south (at or about the point of 27°20.917' south, 153°25.192' east); and
• (c) west along the parallel of latitude 27°20.917' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°24.819' east; and
• (d) southerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°21.395' south, 153°24.941' east; and
• (e) south-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°21.805' south, 153°25.349' east; and
• (f) south-westerly along the geodesic to the intersection of the 2m depth contour of Moreton Banks and the meridian of longitude 153°24.793' east (at or about the point of 27°22.249' south, 153°24.793' east); and
• (g) generally southerly, westerly and northerly along the 2m depth contour of Moreton Banks to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°21.699' south (at or about the point of 27°21.699' south, 153°21.736' east); and
