sch.1-sec.9 GUZ09—Cleveland Point
The area bounded by a line starting at the point of 27°30.642' south, 153°17.317' east then running progressively— east along the parallel of latitude 27°30.642' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the mainland (at or about the point of 27°30.642' south, 153°17.345' east); and generally southerly along the marine park boundary on the mainland to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°17.262' east (at or about the point of 27°30.864' south, 153°17.262' east); and northerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°30.726' south, 153°17.317' east; and north along the meridian of longitude 153°17.317' east to the starting point.
- (a) east along the parallel of latitude 27°30.642' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the mainland (at or about the point of 27°30.642' south, 153°17.345' east); and
