The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°49.329' south (at or about the point of 27°49.329' south, 153°22.620' east) then running progressively— south-easterly along the geodesic to the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°49.367' south (at or about the point of 27°49.367' south, 153°22.648' east); and generally southerly, westerly and north-easterly (via McCoys Creek) along the marine park boundary on the mainland to the starting point.

• (a) south-easterly along the geodesic to the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°49.367' south (at or about the point of 27°49.367' south, 153°22.648' east); and
• (b) generally southerly, westerly and north-easterly (via McCoys Creek) along the marine park boundary on the mainland to the starting point.
