The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the mangrove line of the eastern side of Pannikin Island and the parallel of latitude 27°38.949' south (at or about the point of 27°38.949' south, 153°20.493' east) then running progressively— easterly along the geodesic to the intersection of the mangrove line of the northern end of Long Island and the meridian of longitude 153°21.245' east (at or about the point of 27°38.949' south, 153°21.245' east); and generally southerly along the mangrove line of the eastern side of Long Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°21.351' east (at or about the point of 27°41.232' south, 153°21.351' east); and south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°41.500' south, 153°21.100' east; and westerly along the geodesic to the most south-eastern extent of the mangrove line of Lagoon Island (at or about the point of 27°41.702' south, 153°20.359' east); and generally westerly and northerly along the mangrove line of Lagoon Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°19.522' east (at or about the point of 27°40.624' south, 153°19.522' east); and north-easterly along the geodesic to the intersection of the mangrove line of the southern end of Pannikin Island and the meridian of longitude 153°19.779' east (at or about the point of 27°40.228' south, 153°19.779' east); and generally northerly (via the western side of Pannikin Island) and south-easterly along the mangrove line of Pannikin Island to the starting point.

• (a) easterly along the geodesic to the intersection of the mangrove line of the northern end of Long Island and the meridian of longitude 153°21.245' east (at or about the point of 27°38.949' south, 153°21.245' east); and
• (b) generally southerly along the mangrove line of the eastern side of Long Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°21.351' east (at or about the point of 27°41.232' south, 153°21.351' east); and
• (c) south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°41.500' south, 153°21.100' east; and
• (d) westerly along the geodesic to the most south-eastern extent of the mangrove line of Lagoon Island (at or about the point of 27°41.702' south, 153°20.359' east); and
• (e) generally westerly and northerly along the mangrove line of Lagoon Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°19.522' east (at or about the point of 27°40.624' south, 153°19.522' east); and
• (f) north-easterly along the geodesic to the intersection of the mangrove line of the southern end of Pannikin Island and the meridian of longitude 153°19.779' east (at or about the point of 27°40.228' south, 153°19.779' east); and
• (g) generally northerly (via the western side of Pannikin Island) and south-easterly along the mangrove line of Pannikin Island to the starting point.
