The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the coastal 500m high water line of the eastern side of North Stradbroke Island and the parallel of latitude 27°31.100' south (at or about the point of 27°31.100' south, 153°30.550' east) then running progressively— east along the parallel of latitude 27°31.100' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°32.218' east; and southerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°33.700' south, 153°31.260' east; and southerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°36.300' south, 153°30.470' east; and southerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°42.100' south, 153°29.504' east; and west along the parallel of latitude 27°42.100' south to its intersection with the coastal 500m high water line of the eastern side of North Stradbroke Island (at or about the point of 27°42.100' south, 153°27.569' east); and generally northerly along the coastal 500m high water line of the eastern side of North Stradbroke Island to the starting point.

• (a) east along the parallel of latitude 27°31.100' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°32.218' east; and
• (b) southerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°33.700' south, 153°31.260' east; and
• (c) southerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°36.300' south, 153°30.470' east; and
• (d) southerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°42.100' south, 153°29.504' east; and
• (e) west along the parallel of latitude 27°42.100' south to its intersection with the coastal 500m high water line of the eastern side of North Stradbroke Island (at or about the point of 27°42.100' south, 153°27.569' east); and
• (f) generally northerly along the coastal 500m high water line of the eastern side of North Stradbroke Island to the starting point.
