The area bounded by a line starting at the point of 27°28.852' south, 153°23.961' east then running progressively— north-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°28.527' south, 153°24.176' east; and north-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°28.433' south, 153°24.297' east; and north-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°28.346' south, 153°24.438' east; and north-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°28.286' south, 153°24.566' east; and east along the parallel of latitude 27°28.286' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°24.821' east; and south along the meridian of longitude 153°24.821' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°28.369' south; and west along the parallel of latitude 27°28.369' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°24.566' east; and south along the meridian of longitude 153°24.566' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°28.496' south; and east along the parallel of latitude 27°28.496' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the western side of North Stradbroke Island (at or about the point of 27°28.496' south, 153°25.132' east); and generally south-westerly along the marine park boundary on the western side of North Stradbroke Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°29.236' south (at or about the point of 27°29.236' south, 153°24.441' east); and west along the parallel of latitude 27°29.236' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°23.961' east; and north along the meridian of longitude 153°23.961' east to the starting point.

• (e) east along the parallel of latitude 27°28.286' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°24.821' east; and
• (f) south along the meridian of longitude 153°24.821' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°28.369' south; and
• (g) west along the parallel of latitude 27°28.369' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°24.566' east; and
