The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the marine park boundary on the eastern side of Moreton Island and the parallel of latitude 27°19.670' south (at or about the point of 27°19.670' south, 153°26.349' east) then running progressively— east along the parallel of latitude 27°19.670' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°29.200' east; and south along the meridian of longitude 153°29.200' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°20.230' south; and east along the parallel of latitude 27°20.230' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°34.000' east; and south along the meridian of longitude 153°34.000' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°22.350' south; and west along the parallel of latitude 27°22.350' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°26.800' east; and north along the meridian of longitude 153°26.800' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°20.370' south; and west along the parallel of latitude 27°20.370' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the eastern side of Moreton Island (at or about the point of 27°20.370' south, 153°26.293' east); and generally northerly (via Mirapool Islands) along the marine park boundary on the eastern side of Moreton Island to the starting point.
- (a) east along the parallel of latitude 27°19.670' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°29.200' east; and
- (b) south along the meridian of longitude 153°29.200' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°20.230' south; and
- (c) east along the parallel of latitude 27°20.230' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°34.000' east; and
- (d) south along the meridian of longitude 153°34.000' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°22.350' south; and
- (e) west along the parallel of latitude 27°22.350' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°26.800' east; and
