The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the coastal 500m high water line of the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°16.970' south (at or about the point of 27°16.970' south, 153°04.191' east) then running progressively— east along the parallel of latitude 27°16.970' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°06.215' east; and southerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°19.440' south, 153°06.440' east; and south along the meridian of longitude 153°06.440' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°20.568' south; and westerly along the geodesic to the intersection of the marine park boundary on the mainland and the meridian of longitude 153°06.000' east (at or about the point of 27°20.568' south, 153°06.000' east); and generally north-westerly (via Nudgee Creek and Nundah Creek) along the marine park boundary on the mainland to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°20.033' south (at or about the point of 27°20.033' south, 153°04.924' east); and east along the parallel of latitude 27°20.033' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°04.946' east; and north-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°19.908' south, 153°05.022' east; and north-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°19.875' south, 153°05.041' east; and easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°19.816' south, 153°05.255' east; and easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°19.799' south, 153°05.350' east; and easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°19.790' south, 153°05.382' east; and north-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°19.768' south, 153°05.431' east; and north-easterly along the geodesic to the point of 27°19.589' south, 153°05.692' east; and north-westerly along the geodesic to the intersection of the coastal 500m high water line of the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°19.308' south (at or about the point of 27°19.308' south, 153°05.422' east); and generally north-westerly along the coastal 500m high water line of the mainland to the starting point.

• (e) generally north-westerly (via Nudgee Creek and Nundah Creek) along the marine park boundary on the mainland to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°20.033' south (at or about the point of 27°20.033' south, 153°04.924' east); and
