sch.1-sec.49 MNP09—Deception Bay
The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the coastal 500m high water line of the mainland and the parallel of latitude 27°08.080' south (at or about the point of 27°08.080' south, 153°03.475' east) then running progressively— generally north-easterly along the coastal 500m high water line of the mainland to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°07.300' east (at or about the point of 27°05.442' south, 153°07.300' east); and south along the meridian of longitude 153°07.300' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°06.591' south; and south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°08.080' south, 153°05.358' east; and west along the parallel of latitude 27°08.080' south to the starting point.
- (a) generally north-easterly along the coastal 500m high water line of the mainland to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°07.300' east (at or about the point of 27°05.442' south, 153°07.300' east); and
- (b) south along the meridian of longitude 153°07.300' east to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°06.591' south; and
- (c) south-westerly along the geodesic to the point of 27°08.080' south, 153°05.358' east; and
- (d) west along the parallel of latitude 27°08.080' south to the starting point.
