The area bounded by a line starting at the point of 27°01.520' south, 153°30.920' east then running progressively— east along the parallel of latitude 27°01.520' south to its intersection with the limit of Coastal Waters (at or about the point of 27°01.520' south, 153°31.507' east); and southerly along the limit of Coastal Waters to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°06.000' south (at or about the point of 27°06.000' south, 153°32.550' east); and west along the parallel of latitude 27°06.000' south to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°30.920' east; and north along the meridian of longitude 153°30.920' east to the starting point.
- (a) east along the parallel of latitude 27°01.520' south to its intersection with the limit of Coastal Waters (at or about the point of 27°01.520' south, 153°31.507' east); and
