The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the marine park boundary on the eastern side of Moreton Island and the parallel of latitude 27°02.518' south (at or about the point of 27°02.518' south, 153°27.785' east) then running progressively— east along the parallel of latitude 27°02.518' south to its intersection with the coastal 500m high water line of the eastern side of Moreton Island (at or about the point of 27°02.518' south, 153°28.107' east); and generally southerly along the coastal 500m high water line of the eastern side of Moreton Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°04.422' south (at or about the point of 27°04.422' south, 153°27.398' east); and west along the parallel of latitude 27°04.422' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the eastern side of Moreton Island (at or about the point of 27°04.422' south, 153°27.082' east); and generally northerly along the marine park boundary on the eastern side of Moreton Island to the starting point.

• (a) east along the parallel of latitude 27°02.518' south to its intersection with the coastal 500m high water line of the eastern side of Moreton Island (at or about the point of 27°02.518' south, 153°28.107' east); and
• (b) generally southerly along the coastal 500m high water line of the eastern side of Moreton Island to its intersection with the parallel of latitude 27°04.422' south (at or about the point of 27°04.422' south, 153°27.398' east); and
• (c) west along the parallel of latitude 27°04.422' south to its intersection with the marine park boundary on the eastern side of Moreton Island (at or about the point of 27°04.422' south, 153°27.082' east); and
• (d) generally northerly along the marine park boundary on the eastern side of Moreton Island to the starting point.
