The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the 5m depth contour of the northern end of Moreton Island and the meridian of longitude 153°27.382' east (at or about the point of 27°01.289' south, 153°27.382' east) then running progressively— generally easterly along the 5m depth contour of the northern end of Moreton Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°27.954' east (at or about the point of 27°01.519' south, 153°27.954' east); and southerly along the geodesic to the intersection of the marine park boundary on the northern end of Moreton Island and the parallel of latitude 27°01.654' south (at or about the point of 27°01.654' south, 153°27.954' east); and generally westerly along the marine park boundary on the northern end of Moreton Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°27.382' east (at or about the point of 27°01.463' south, 153°27.382' east); and north along the meridian of longitude 153°27.382' east to the starting point.

• (a) generally easterly along the 5m depth contour of the northern end of Moreton Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°27.954' east (at or about the point of 27°01.519' south, 153°27.954' east); and
• (b) southerly along the geodesic to the intersection of the marine park boundary on the northern end of Moreton Island and the parallel of latitude 27°01.654' south (at or about the point of 27°01.654' south, 153°27.954' east); and
• (c) generally westerly along the marine park boundary on the northern end of Moreton Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°27.382' east (at or about the point of 27°01.463' south, 153°27.382' east); and
• (d) north along the meridian of longitude 153°27.382' east to the starting point.
