The area bounded by a line starting at the intersection of the marine park boundary on the northern end of Bribie Island and the parallel of latitude 26°53.500' south (at or about the point of 26°53.500' south, 153°06.651' east) then running progressively— generally south-westerly (via Westaways Creek) along the marine park boundary on the northern end of Bribie Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°05.061' east (at or about the point of 26°54.269' south, 153°05.061' east); and north along the meridian of longitude 153°05.061' east to its intersection with the mangrove line of the northern end of Bribie Island (at or about the point of 26°54.251' south, 153°05.061' east); and generally north-easterly along the mangrove line of the northern end of Bribie Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°05.980' east (at or about the point of 26°53.772' south, 153°05.980' east); and easterly along the geodesic to the starting point.

• (a) generally south-westerly (via Westaways Creek) along the marine park boundary on the northern end of Bribie Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°05.061' east (at or about the point of 26°54.269' south, 153°05.061' east); and
• (b) north along the meridian of longitude 153°05.061' east to its intersection with the mangrove line of the northern end of Bribie Island (at or about the point of 26°54.251' south, 153°05.061' east); and
• (c) generally north-easterly along the mangrove line of the northern end of Bribie Island to its intersection with the meridian of longitude 153°05.980' east (at or about the point of 26°53.772' south, 153°05.980' east); and
• (d) easterly along the geodesic to the starting point.
